Classroom Helper: a real estate exam study chat that cites its source

What it answers

• Questions about the course you bought: why a practice answer is correct, and the topics in the exam content areas.
• Exam process facts from DRE pages: the exam format, what to bring, how scheduling works, retakes.
• How the classroom works: modes, devices, support.

How it stays honest

The Helper only answers from the material it is given. When the material does not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

• It never quotes fees, prices, or dollar amounts. DRE sets those, and the Helper sends you to its pages.
• It never promises a pass and never uses words like guaranteed or best. It keeps the conversation on your course material.
• It never decides whether you personally qualify for a license. That is DRE's decision.
• Every finished answer is checked by the same rules before it is shown; an answer that breaks them is replaced with a short reply that points to DRE.

Who gets it and how to open it

The Helper is included with any course purchase. It is not available on free accounts or the free trial classrooms. Sign in, then open your classroom and use the Helper button in its bottom corner.

Your conversations are saved with your account so you can reopen them, and you can delete any of them from the Helper.

Privacy

When you ask a question, our server sends the question, the recent messages of that conversation, and the matching course-material excerpts to an artificial-intelligence provider that writes the reply. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
